Hi there lovely faces! It’s been a long week and I
thought it was time to pamper myself a little. Today I’m going to review the
Amazing Avocado Mask by Dr van der Hoog.
I’ve quite dry/dehydrated skin, and it tends to get
flaky if I don’t look after it that well. Avocado is said to work wonders for dry
skin. It’s moisturizing and hydrates the skin. You can make avocado masks
yourself, e.g. using ½ very ripe avocado and ¼ honey.
Ingredients:
Aqua, Kaolin, Ethylhexyl
Stearate, Glycerin, Steareth-2, Steareth-21, Cetearyl Alcohol,
Hydroxyethyl-acrylate/Sodium Acryloyldimethyl Taurate Copolymer, Stearic Acid,
theobroma Cacao Butter, Theobroma Cacao Nut Extract, Phenoxythenol, Titanium
Dioxide (CI 77891), Panthenol, Ethylhexylglycerin, Dimethicone, Tocopheryl
Acetate, Tocopheryl Acetate, Butylene Glycol, Iron Oxide (CI 77491, CI 77492,
CI 77499), Allatoin, Bisbolol, Tocopherol, Tetrasodium Glutamate Diacetate,
Polyisobutene, PEG-7 Trimethylolproane Coconut Ether, Parfum.
Keep in mind
that the ingredients mentioned further down the list are used less in quantity.
This mask smells really fresh, it’s not too
overpowering, which I really like. It doesn’t linger to your skin that much
either.
When I took it off, I could see that my pores where a
lot smaller (especially on my nose). My skin felt soft and it didn’t break me
out or anything.
All in all, I’m pleased with this mask and I will
repurchase this when I get the chance to.
Lots of love,
